Greatrust Events, an events management, travel and tour company, is looking for a sales manager to be based in Mombasa.

Brief description

Deliver profitable revenue for the company by selling the GE products, services and network by penetratingthe business and leisure market segments through the direct and indirect sales channels.

Sales manager job responsibilities

• Analyze market performance, identify the gaps and roll out long and short term plans to meet the revenue  


• Set up account development plans to grow market share and revenue by selling brand and network benefits.

• Penetrate the business and leisure market segments to retain and grow revenue.

• Exploit identified market opportunities to achieve market share and revenue growth.

• Maintain competitive structural and tactical pricing that maximizes revenue, yield and market share.

• Roll out trade incentive schemes and corporate discount schemes to drive revenue growth, build loyalty and

   long term brand affinity.

• Grow internet sales by promoting the Lead and manage direct reports in a way that recognizes rewards.


• University degree in commerce or related field.

• Diploma in sales and marketing.

• 3 years ticketing, events, travel and tour experience.

• High level influencing skills.

• Excellent people management skills.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Leadership skills.
